Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach to therapy that helps you understand and heal inner conflict. Instead of viewing anxiety, self-criticism, or unwanted behaviors as problems to eliminate, IFS understands them as parts of you trying to protect you. This shift reduces shame and opens the door to curiosity and self-compassion.
IFS helps you access your core Self—the calm, wise, and compassionate center within you—so you can lead your inner system rather than feeling controlled by reactive patterns. It is especially effective for healing trauma because it works gently and at your own pace, without requiring you to relive painful experiences. Many people find that IFS not only supports emotional regulation and trauma healing, but also improves relationships by helping them respond rather than react.
IFS can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more, and it integrates well with somatic therapies and ketamine assisted therapy. Ultimately, IFS supports deep, lasting change by helping you relate to yourself with understanding and care—not judgment.

Ketamine-assisted therapy can support healing when traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough on its own. When used with careful preparation and integration, ketamine may help reduce rigid patterns, quiet protective defenses, and create greater access to self-compassion, insight, and emotional flexibility. In my practice, this work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care, with a strong emphasis on integration and nervous system regulation.
I am not a ketamine prescriber. Medication services are provided by an external, licensed medical provider. Ketamine-assisted therapy is offered only to clients with an established therapeutic relationship and is not available as a first session or stand-alone service. This ensures the work is approached safely, ethically, and in a way that supports meaningful, lasting change.

I am not a ketamine prescriber, but I work closely with trusted medical partners to support safe, coordinated care. I am a member of Journey Clinical, which provides comprehensive online medical screening, prescribing, and ongoing medical oversight for ketamine assisted therapy. Journey Clinical works with many insurance providers in Texas, and coverage varies by plan.
If ketamine-assisted therapy becomes part of our work together, I will help coordinate care with your prescriber to ensure clear communication, safety, and thoughtful integration. This collaborative model allows the medical and therapeutic aspects of ketamine-assisted therapy to work together in support of your overall healing and wellbeing.

My fee is $180 per full 60-minute session ($270 for 90 minutes). I am a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
This model allows me to offer flexible, personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, and to focus fully on providing high-quality, integrative therapy tailored to your needs.

Most of my work is offered via telehealth, allowing us to build a strong therapeutic relationship in a way that is flexible and accessible. Our work together is relational, collaborative, and paced to support safety, trust, and nervous system regulation.
If we decide to include ketamine assisted therapy, we will thoughtfully choose a physical location that prioritizes your comfort and highest level of safety. For clients in the Austin area, I am able to travel to you when appropriate. I am also affiliated with Illumma Ketamine Clinic, where we can work together if you prefer IV or intramuscular ketamine administration rather than oral medication. In all cases, ketamine work is integrated into an established therapeutic relationship and supported by careful preparation and integration.
